It amazes me how the negative comments about an officer shinning a light in a persons eyes WAS NOT BEL-RIDGE Police.. That was BEL-NOR.. By a person who posts on youtube and purposely antagonizes police department. People should get their facts correct. I have seen his videos and they are ALL negative and Anti Police.
