I’ve been doing CrossFit for a little over two years now, I just switched to xtra mile about 2 months ago and I love it. Everyone is so nice, and helpful. The coaches are great and help you push to become the best you can be. Very fun and welcoming atmosphere!

This gym does an amazing job at connecting with all ages and fitness levels. Not only will you build confidence in all types of exercises, create good long-term habits, be surrounded by a positive community, you will grow and build friendships along the way.
