Mechanics know there stuff. DAVE was very helpful and got me rolling again.

On a road trip far from home I had to spare but had no tools or jack. Not only did they supply the tools to get my tire changed they did the work for me. And when I tried to pay they refused. Great guys with big hearts. I recommend them highly!!

Steve & his team at Jacksons have always been my go to place for car inspections or concerns. My recent visit was once again top notch. Let me just say I'm so impressed with their work. I went up to get my car on a Friday afternoon and for the short time I was there, ALL of his clients were ladies. This makes me and husband happy to know he's not taking advantage of me and getting me back on the road safely. Thank you for the wonderful service. When you decide to retire, they have BIG shoes to fill!

I have a 2004 GMC Envoy 4x4. Check engine light came on. On line investigation, liked what I read about JACKSON'S AUTO.
So I called and took it there. I talked to Steve, the owner and set up an appointment. Fast forward...he ran the test and turned out that I had a severe wiring problem. Steve explained that there had been some improper wire repair done on my truck before or after I bought it. And it looked like some mice damage.
It did take quite a few days but I knew it would.
I would recommend JACKSON'S AUTO if you want good work, fair pricing and a mechanic who takes the time to give you detailed explanations on what's going on with your vehicle. Thanks Steve!

I went there first time for state inspection last week. These guys turned out to be more awesome than I have ever experienced in my 20 years life in the US. They were extremely courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Explained a couple of small issues my car had in detail. Will sure go back to these guys whenever needed and recommend friends.
