I had gone to autozone to get oil and look into a few parts not only did this employee help me find what I needed and explain everything to me but he also went above and beyond. He helped my locate two leaks and explained how things worked to better understand how I could fix it. Erik was a great help and had excellent Customer service.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Erik was very helpful with replacing my running headlight within a couple of minutes. Highly recommend autozone location!

In a world where customer service is a thing of the past, I can't express how happy and thankful I am for their help, kindness and willingness to get a job done...even in freezing weather when I came in from out of town 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night with a burnt out headlight 😬 So sorry Erik and Matt... You guys deserve the best Christmas bonuses ever!😉(hint-hint) Any business would love to have employees like you guys especially in these recent times when people don't want to work and customer service is almost nonexistent!

My wife's battery was giving us trouble and Erik helped us out and was able to get our battery replaced under warranty. He went above and beyond getting us in and out, allowing us to leave feeling well informed and in good condition. Great job! Thanks again, Erik!
