I am glad to have had such an excellent experience with this store! Megan, as well as the rest of the helpful and caring staff, made sure that my experience was a lot less stressful than I aimed it to be!
I have been a customer of this Chesterfield location for four years and I have had great help, customer service, and received great products whether they were ordered from Medicare or purchased by me ... my Podiatrist recommended them for my special need shoes because this store doesn't do the standard "cookie cutter" solutions for people with foot problems ... they actually cut apart the sole on the shoes I ordered and widened them even more for me! And, the first shoe like this that they did for me still is holding up like new!
Most of these reviews are bogus, I find the staff at the Med Resources store to be very friendly and professional, what a great company highly recommended!
Stopped by to check out some of the medical supplies my dad will need when he leaves rehab. We spoke with Kim, who was very friendly and helpful. We got the info we needed, and will return to buy a few things once we've had a chance to measure some of the bathroom fixtures.
We both liked the selection of items and the knowledgeable staff. I would heartily recommend Med Resources when you need medical supplies.
