We stopped in to drop off a suitcase to be repaired under the 10-year warranty. The gentleman helped us fill out a form, we paid $20 for shipping, and they will ship off the bag for repair and then mail it back to us. They have a really good selection of suitcases, backpacks, and other bags and luggage accessories in the store.

Got exactly what I wanted. Quality brand with 10yr warranty that you can actually use. Large variety to pick from. Friendly helpfull staff, good sales going on. Will shop here again!

Quaint & small luggage store. Does not have a variety of luggage choices within the store & it seems to only display a particular type of luggage. The salesman was extremely helpful.
