Mary was great. She walked me through the entire (long) agreement, and I walked away from the meeting with about a dozen bullet points to address with my employer before signing -- which she also summarized in an e-mail to me the next day. Very helpful, and for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend for any business needs someone may have.
