They were very friendly and nice both young ladies in there. My son had his ears pierced for his bday. We were greeted when we walked in. They explain the sales. When I told them what we wanted they immediately took care of us explain the process n the different earrings. She took her time with him, made sure I understood what she was doing. Made sure I understood the contract. Measure his earring right before she pierced it. Afterwards she made sure i liked it. And she even suggested I video tape it. Great job ladies.

I just got my ears pierced at Claire's by a beautiful young woman named Sierra. She was super awesome. I would recommend anybody go there to get their ears pierced. 1st of all the ear piercings free; you're just paying for the earrings. Secondly they're very clean and hygienic unlike other places I've been to. Last bit not least they're bery moderatlwy priced. Also they give you a free bottle of cleaning solution and a lot of other places don't do that.
Sierra was so nice. She put me at ease and made me feel at home. If I was this girl's boss I would give her a raise because that's how sweet she is!

THE YOUNG LADY WHO DID MY BABY EAR WAS AMAZING

Got both of my helix's pierced and the piercer was nice and quick she was awesome and rocked piercings of her own. She told me go girl. I Hardly felt the piercing gun. I Would totally ask for her again.
