Kohls usually always has what I’m looking for. There was this really nice lady at the register but I didn’t catch her name! She was the sweetest and made the whole experience a lot easier.

Carol Smith was the absolute best person I’ve ever dealt with in retail. Very positive and sweet. And I never leave reviews. But she went out of her way so I want to make sure y’all know she’s the best in the game.

Easy shopping. Helpful and more associates than in recent past, even had a fitting room attendant (well, just returning clothes to the racks). Checkout took too long though. Too many questions about; "Do you have a Kohl's card?" "Do you want one? " "Are you a rewards member?" Then I enter my phone# and apparently I am not an awards member... Click click, click to get out of that...
Just too long.

The staff at this store are professional, considerate and very helpful. The cashier who helped us with our purchase was friendly and knowledgeable, making sure we received every possible discount available. Also, we lost a valuable personal item and reported it to the Customer Service staff. They assured us they would follow up and wrote a note at their desk, for employees to see, including our name and phone number. An employee called next day, after she found it in the parking lot! We were immensely grateful! Kudos to Lynda and the entire staff of Store #0066.
