Just finished my chemical peel series with Natalie. She is so kind, caring, and very knowledgeable in her craft. Excited for how far we’ve come already in my skin journey! Looking forward to maintaining my healthy skin with her for the long run.

Natalie is so sweet, personable, and easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable and explained the whole coolsculpting procedure to me very thoroughly. Having done the procedure herself, I felt her first hand knowledge was very valuable in laying out what I was going to experience during and after.

During the procedure, she adjusted the heat in the room, gave me a blanket, and made sure everything was comfortable for me. There was an Alexa in the room where you can listen to whatever music you'd like and they can dim the lights. I felt very well taken care of.

The rock spa is clean and comfortable. I'm very impressed by the whole experience and will definitely be coming back!
