We worked with Gabriele and The Robb Partners​ on a long-distance real estate purchase. As out-of-town buyers relocating from California to the St Louis area, communication and responsiveness were essential qualities for a successful Realtor relationship. Home buying isn't always a predictable or smooth process, and even though this is our third home purchase we still had lots of questions. Gabriele was consistent in quickly responding to our inquiries and set up FaceTime home previews to help us in our search. She effectively communicated with the listing agent on our home to keep things on track and offered sage advice about inspections and negotiations. Ultimately, the house we purchased in University City meets all of our criteria and feels like a "home". Importantly, Gabriele has been there for us after the sale, following up to make sure that we have the information and resources we need, including information about local family attractions and recommendations for local contractors.
