The gentleman that helped us was kind and efficient in helping us. He was attentive to others that came in. The only negative is the wait. Being the only person to help customers meant that people had to wait. The wait was so long in the morning that you potentially could have lost us as a customer if we hadn't come back in the afternoon.

Everyone is very helpful. It is very clean.

The manager Rob was amazing! When I first walked into the office and wanted information about one of the units I was very impressed. The office was organized and spotless. Rob is very friendly, well spoken, and detailed on how the process works. Rob answered all my questions and any concerns I might have had. The units and the whole facility are very well kept. I no longer will be needing the unit and will highly recommend Cube Smart to family and friends
