My wife (who has been with Chico for years), has always told me that I should have him be my trainer. I have MS and had been working with a trainer thru MoBap. I was concerned that Chico may not be to know the right exercises to work on my balance.
After working with Chico for a couple of times, there was no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision to switch.
It is an awesome facility, with room for them to grow. It is great to see the younger teams sport working with all the trainers to help the kids improve their flexibility and strength.
As an athlete at The Grind it has helped me a lot. I have been playing soccer for 14 years and I have been going to the grind for about 1 year now. In that little period I got stronger on the field and more confident in myself. The staff there is amazing. The workouts always change, and you never get bored. My arm strength has improved A LOT since I started going, and even some of my soccer teammates joined with me! The Grind is also great for teams of any sport. I am so so so very thankful that I found The Grind. Everyday I continue to grow at an athlete. I recommend this place 10/10!
The Grind has the most friendly staff ever! I walked in for the first time and I felt that I had been there for over a month! The trainers work hard for you to make sure that your progress is their main priority and not to mention the facility is perfect for athletes. Every workout is different every day, I don't think I've done the same exercise twice (besides main exercises such as squat, clean, etc.). Most dearly recommend to all athletes trying to become stronger, faster, and an overall better athlete.
Love working out here, all the trainers make it personal & push you to meet your goals. I saw results within the first month of going. Their all star team of trainers always make it entertaining, and also very productive, 10/10 reccomend.
The training here is amazing. Many of the trainers used to be high level athletes like , Joe Lasky, Brittany Krodinger, and Chico Orlando. They have high quality equipment and an awesome schedule. Each day of the week focuses on a different set of muscle groups like Tuesdays might be a upper pull lower push, Wednesday a full body conditioning burn out, and then Thursday a upper push lower pull. I also love that they include a recovery day where you stretch and prepare for your muscles to recover and rebuild. If you are serious about reaching your athletic goals, then the grind is definitely where you need to be.
