    The family support center at 9900 Page is GREAT! The wait is long but it fast all things. The staff is courteous and efficient. If you need help nor don't understand something, they are helpful. They will also try to provide an interpreter for you if it's necessary.

    I was treated very good when I finally made human contact. I would rate a 5 if the urgency to serve the people was proportional to the rate at which the people are taxed. The long wait was not reasonable considering the number of people being served. The place was nearly empty, only about 4 people in the waiting area when I got there. Yet it took nearly an hour before my name was called. Other than that it was an acceptable experience.
