Gateway ENT (ear, nose and throat specialists)

Very pleased with my experience with Dr West and the Gateway staff. Dr West was extremely easy to talk with, spent time speaking and examining me and I did not feel rushed that my issue was a waste of his time. My issue was addressed and i am already doing better with his instruction/prescription. I even brought up an issue that was ENT related but not the reason for this visit and he followed up on that issue as well. Highly recommend Dr West.

my visit to Gateway was one of the best in a doctors office both before and after. I was emailed the forms that were needed ahead of my appointment and I was able to enter the info on and print the forms on my computer. office staff was very pleasant and I was actually taken ahead of my appointment time. Doctor was quick and took care of my problem.

The front office staff and nurses were all friendly and performed their jobs in an efficient and professional manner. I genuinely felt like they cared and were focused on me as a patient (not trying to too many things at the same time).

Although the office seemed relatively busy for a Friday afternoon, my wait times were minimal.

My visit also included a hearing test by an audiologist which was completed with professionalism and courtesy . The audiologist explained the test and results throughly and answered my questions patiently. It was a positive experience.

This was the first time I had an appointment with Dr Yoon and I came away from my appointment impressed with his skills, knowledge and his ability to connect with his patients. I am very happy with my experience at Gateway ENT.

During my appointment with Dr Yoon he took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions throughly,. He then carefully completed his exam of my ears . At the end of my appointment Dr Yoon explained his plans for addressing my ear/hearing problems - and he did this all while he sat across from me, making great eye contact and patiently listened to my questions/concerns.

Without a doubt, Dr Yoon and his staff are all highly qualified and working together well to provide the best healthcare possible. I will happily refer my friends and family to Dr Yoon and the Gateway ENT practice.
