  My wife and I just celebrated our 42 anniversary at Sams. It was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Marty, our server, was fantastic! He made a wonderful meal even more enjoyable!
  We travel a lot and and eat at different restaurants all over the country but realized, one of the best around is just a few blocks from our home.
  We had filet, lobster, oysters, creamed spinach and more... I could recommend each of those but I am willing to bet that everything on the menu is equally delicious!!

  We came here for our anniversary. I had a ribeye and baked potato. My wife had the salmon. We both thought our meals were fantastic and well portioned. The service was even better.

  Great steak place just a few minutes out of downtown. Excellent service from our hostess to our wait staff. Steaks were prepared exactly to our requests. My son indicated his filet was rare plus, exactly as he ordered it, and my medium rare strip was perfect. Sides and appetizers are served fresh and hot and are very flavorful. Carrots are decadent, almost a dessert. Asparagus and creamed spinach were very tasty. Beverages are served very cold and the water is always full. We had no problem finding parking, even at 7 on a Saturday night. Very reasonable.pricing for a higher end steak place.

  Pleasant atmosphere. Quiet venue. My steak was very good, a little more done than I ordered it, but not worth sending back. Many of the people I ate with stated their steaks were a little more cooked than they ordered as well, but overall very good. They allowed us to bring a cake for my parent's anniversary and provided plates and a cake cutter. The staff were very professional and friendly. Overall, I would recommend Sam's.
