Excellent staff. Very pleasant experience
I had surgery there last week and was incredibly impressed from start to finish. Check in was prompt, staff were friendly, supportive and professional and everyone who worked on me came in to introduce themselves and explain their role. Highly recommend.
Being an OR nurse myself made me really appreciate the entire staff that took care of me. To me, it felt like I was there for 5 minutes, but I know all the hard work they all put into taking care of me. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door and as my recovery room nurse helped me into my car she sent me off with a smile. I knew exactly what was happening next every step of the way. They kept my dignity and privacy and made me feel like I was the only patient there.
