Fitness By Design

Just turned 50 and I while I was strong (had been working out for years with weights and using fitness tapes), I started to be more sore, having difficulty bouncing back, etc. Suzy was recommended to me and I'm so glad she was. She helped me identify what I was doing "wrong", e.g., holding my body incorrectly, using weights incorrectly, stressing my knees unnecessarily, etc. Who knew? The stuff that doesn't bother you at 20 feels lousy at 50! She mixes Pliates with conventional weights to suit my needs, body type, and weak areas--like my knees. She even identified the source of much of my knee pain--knots in my legs above my knees. By rolling that area my knees are 75% better and I am going t the chiropractor far less. I know this sounds crazy but it's true. I am in far better shape now than in my 30's, not as sore, and I am far stronger than ever. I highly recommend her.
