Jim, a former zookeeper, helped me to select the best snake bedding and also went above and beyond to give advice about the temperature that saved the day to get our snake to eat again! The staff was friendly and helpful both in the store and in the Grooming Center (especially in the Grooming Center). The selection was great especially the dog food, and the prices were very reasonable. I look forward to shopping here for my pooch on a regular basis, as well as having her groomed here.
