Setag is a great rental company! We have been living in one of thier homes for over a year and they have been great. We have called with multiple issues ( heat went off but just because we needed to change the furnace filter and few other small things) and they get back to us within an hour and are out the same day or next day depending on time and what needs to be looked at. We recently had asked them to do some work on the house, just a few updates while we were out if town. They installed a ceiling in the basement, replaced some flooring and few other things. They did it for us and the place looks amazing! I cannot say enough about how great they are. We were looking to move for more space but after considering losing them as landlords we decided to stay! Alan and Janet are great people if you get a chance to rent from them I highly recommend it!

I have worked for Setag for almost four years and couldn't be more proud of the being a part of this company. The heart of these people are outstanding and couldn't be more blessed to be employed by them. I would say if you need a place to live...and a great nieborhood for your kids to grow up I highly recommend this company.

Have been renting from them since September they were awesome in rushing to have my apartment ready for me to move ASAP. They are awesome about getting right on top of anything I need fixed. They even replaced my fridge twice and replaced my groceries for me! They also have great houses for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Setag is the best landlords a person could ask for, they do what they say they will and in a quick manor. property is great and area is a super place to live. Thanks Alan and Jan for everything

I have been renting from Setag for 20 years, two different properties. The first was my first home for four years, and Allen offered my a bigger place of which I happily and gratefully accepted and have been the past 16 years. I am VERY GRATEFUL for everyone at Setag.
They are VERY GOOD PEOPLE .
I prayed on where i was suppose to live and this is where I am and have been 20 years my children were in preschool when we moved in our first place and have graduated college. My son says he would want to purchase this house this is his HOME ,our Home ,Thanks to Setag. There’s nothing they wouldn’t do for their tenants. Anything needs fixed or replaced their just a phone call away.
Never had an issue . I can’t express how grateful our family is. And how Great the Setag family is.
And as a single parent things come up I have gotten behind , I call or get a call as a friendly reminder and they have been very understanding and patient and worked with me .
