The customer service was better than any other NY grill I've been to in STL county. From the time the phone was answered to I received my food I was impressed.

🔥🔥🔥🔥Please come down to the city and teach them how to crisp fries. I tried the fried cauliflower, it was amazing! The catfish was crisp and tender and delicious! The staff was professional and quick. Thanks

I am very hesitant when it comes eating ANY grill in STL. However, this grills honey hot wings were good and crispy with enough sauce. despite me specifically saying crispy fries I was met w soggy fries that was barely eaten because they just weren’t to my liking. They also forgot some extras I ordered including onions and pickles and the cheese fries I was charged for but didn’t receive. The place looks clean. The front desk ladies should work on their attitudes especially because customer service is a part of what makes a customer Loyal to the business. I will return but my order should be exactly how I ordered it if I’m giving a business my hard earned money.
