Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers Eureka

We were traveling through when we our car started to overheat. The people at Dobbs were wonderful! They took great care of us, got us in and out and safely back in the road. Thank you Joe and the rest of the Dobbs team!!

Auto service was quick and efficient. I dropped off a tire for repair in the morning, and they were able to fit in a patch despite the chaos of the day.
Customer service was above and beyond. Store manager Joe is a class act. Even with the phone ringing off the hook, he gave his full attention to everyone who walked in the door, making sure they knew their business was valued.
Originally, I went to Dobbs in Eureka out of convenience because other businesses couldn’t fit a patch into their schedules, but they will be my first choice from here on out.

A mechanic who's an excellent "under the hood, within the interior, and outstanding" technician with state of the art co-workers!!!

While driving on a nine hour road trip, I was suddenly halted by a catastrophic failure of my water pump which had resulted in my engine overheating, total coolant loss, and being stranded exactly half way into my drive. I was able to get a tow quickly and was met by a very receptive staff and technicians at Dobbs. They were able to work with me quickly, as it was a friday afternoon to get my truck ready and back on the road the same day. "Under-promise, over-deliver" should be this stores motto because they were able to quickly identify and come up with a solution for me. Within three hours of arriving there, I was back on the road for another five hours and had no further issues. Both service and customer service was excellent at this location, and i would recommend this for any traveller or local.

I got my car serviced a few months ago after my electric power steering went out. I felt relieved paying a better price than what the dealership quoted me. The service was great and I got my car in and out fast! I would return for other services!
