Like any job sometimes they are short staffed or unexpectedly busy. If there is a problem with your order and they fix it. No need for a nasty review.

There was no mistakes on my order and my delivery driver was super nice. It just so happen to be raining this day which I know can extend delivery times but my delivery time was shortened. I will def be ordering from here again!
