Dr.Koyfman an extremely knowledgeable and efficient DDS. She took care of my dental issue expeditiously on a weekend when you can’t find such a service. I will return to see her for my dental urgencies. I would advise those in pain during this pandemic to try your best to have some patience as she is doing her best to care for us while also trying to keep you and herself safe. Several years ago I had a very painful tooth that needed immediate attention. When I called my regular dentist I was told he was very busy and was given Dr. Koyfman's number. I called and she got me right in. I have been a patient since that first encounter. Someone complained about there not being other staff. That's never been an issue with me as Dr. K has rarely stopped a procedure to answer a ringing phone. While acknowledging the competence of assistants and techs, I find it refreshing to have the doctor attend to me. Additionally, extra personnel means higher fees to cover the increased overhead. Someone else mentioned she would not pull a tooth that he felt should have been pulled. I too requested a tooth be pulled because a previous dentist had said I needed to have it done. Admittedly, his situation was different than mine but I appreciate her refusal to pull the tooth which I still have today and it causes me no problems. I've had routine cleanings, fillings, a root canal and a bridge - all w/o pain and only minimal discomfort. On one occasion she referred me to an oral surgeon when an extraction was beyond her comfort zone. I really appreciate when ANYONE rendering a service puts my welfare above profit and sends me to someone with the expertise to facilitate the best outcome.

Dr. Koyfman was very nice, professional and direct. Awesome lady, she took the time to explain everything to me and talked to me through the process. She was working alone on a Saturday and could definitely use some help.
Doctor Koyfman is the best Dentist I have ever been to. She is warm, caring and very professional. Her office has really great hours to fit my busy schedule and she takes patients on the weekends.
