(May 29, 2020, 11:10 am)As a yoga practitioner of over 20 years, I would like to say that Maureen's current online yoga practice is spot on, it's always gentle but then she injects just a few poses that give you that light, aah feeling that is why I do Yoga. Maureen has a wealth of knowledge about a wide array of healing modalities, she's honest , hard working, strong and fantastic at what she does. My first Thai Yoga Therapy experience with Maureen was about 5 years ago in which I pretty much floated out of the the session with a huge smile on my face. If you have the time and money, I recommend the Thai Yoga 7 day protocol. She is my go to person for any type of massage therapy. I'm a soon to be 63 yr old women and she has helped me regain mobility many times so that I can continue to BE ACTIVE!
