Neo Hair Design

Kim at Neo Design is great! She is my go to hairdresser. She doesn't whip through the cut (which is always nothing short of fabulous) she will spend time with you and literally advise on your hair and what is best for you. She is an individualist and you will not receive a cookie-cutter haircut. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

This was my first time attending her salon. I could not believe the type of service you get there. Kim is a wonderful, very caring, genuine individual. She takes the time with her customers explaining hair care. I have very dry curly hair. It was nice to have someone spend the time she did educating me about my hair and things I can do to improve it. I could not have asked for a nicer person. She is so precise when cutting your hair in making sure every piece it cut to perfection. The salon is adorable inside, very friendly feel to it. Kim Starr is one of the most conscientious stylists I've encountered. The salon is always clean and the decor is cheerful & eclectic. I look forward to all my visits knowing she will be a joy to chat with and work hard to produce the best color and style for my hideously thin, baby-fine mop. Prices are very reasonable and I know she's open for a few new clients at this time :)
