  Many thanks to the Valhalla Funeral Home family for their support and many accomodations in allowing us to honor our beloved 16 yr old nephew that went Home way too soon. We were overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from family, friends, school faculty and many more and Valhalla made all of us feel welcome and honored in a such a difficult time. Randy Singer and the entire staff handled all details with dignity and integrity.

  We a very good experience with Valhalla.
  Kudo's to Randy and team who helped us through the entire process from beginning to end.
  The masoleum is a beautiful historic building that brought peace to our souls.
  The funeral was switched due to inclement weather and all went smoothly thanks to their expert teamwork!
  Thanks to all, will use them again when the time comes.

  After the review below, the owner met with me personally. We had a conversation regarding the visit to my office. There were issues on both sides of parties that understandable had caused frustration for him. He took ownership of his and I of mine. We talked thru everything and I received an apology for issues as well as giving on for our office issues.
  
  I am very pleased with the manner with which he approached this and communicated with me...in person! I would say with confidence that the problem was a one off and NOT representative of this business. Therefore, I am changing my review. The people AND owners take pride in their establishment and services.
  
  I work for a physician's office that was asked to sign a certificate of death for this funeral home. While it is available through the state to be done online, it is not mandated and this doctor prefers paper. However, my one star review is for the "owner" who delivered the certificate to my doctor. He was very rude and unprofessional to my staff in the office. This was all prompted over a misunderstanding of when the physician would be available to sign the certificate. I expect a more professional response from anyone associated with this type of role or service. Also, yelling over your shoulder as you walk out the door is supremely un-profession and childish. Maybe the public face of the company should be a bit less angry with the world that he has to provide services for.
