Katie helped me with a unit. She was very friendly and eager to help. She kept it brief, to the point, and pleasant. Price was also less than other competitors in the area. Strongly recommend.

Vicky is absolutely amazing! I’ve had units at this location for about 10 years and she is by far the best manager they’ve ever had. This past year I’ve had a hard time financially, as many others have, and she has always communicated kindly and respectfully with me about payments I’ve missed. Today I went to clean out one of my units and Vicky helped me get it open since I had lost the keys. She also offered me masks and gloves to help protect me from the dust because the unit hadn’t been touched in years. I was considering changing to a different storage facility that’s closer to me but her exceptional customer service changed my mind!
