Went to see Dr.Thomas for problems with knee arthritis. He was exceptional!
He clearly explained the problem,the many options and gave me time to think and ask questions. He explained that this. approach is conservative but when the pain is unbearable, he would do a knee replacement. He was kind and understanding. I had been so anxious from uncertainty and worn out by pain and immobility. I have been a RN for 38 years. I've met all types of doctors. He is one of the best communicators . And I have complete confidence in him. And that,is a very rare quality
I injured my knee and saw Dr. Thomas for treatment. I appreciated his conservative approach, and his willingness to put patient needs over profits. He could have easily scheduled me an MRI and surgery and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, he recommended continuing to treat it homeopathically and update him via phone. My knee is almost fully recovered and his recommendations saved me tons of money! Also, his office staff were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.
You may not remember me- 2007, ACL reconstruction. You were so proud of the procedure- you were so excited and my knee was used in an orthopedic conference! You said my knees were 23 unfortunately I was 63,. I played racquetball then competitively and I am now 72 and still playing (as you said I would). As I have said before, I thank you every day (three times a week) for giving me the ability not just to play but compete in a sport I love! Again, thank you- I am forever indebted to you....I will never forget the gift you have, and the gift you gave me!
Can honestly say this man is not only great at his job, but best personality we have seen in very long time! My husband & I will be his patients forever!!! Thank you Frank Thomas! The cortizone injection worked so well !!!! Have to add that his staff are also sweetest!!!
Wonderful doctor, extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful bedside manner. His nurse Erin is a miracle worker with all of her assistance in so many areas, she went above and beyond for me in more ways than I could count. I have never had a doctor's office be so nice and helpful and truly care. The entire office staff works together which is truly a miracle these days. I would highly recommend Dr Frank Thomas and his nurse practitioner Erin and all the staff. Dr Thomas is a small office and it shows in the level of care you get you actually get treated like a real person not just a number like in some of those large sport medicine clinics.
