(September 8, 2021, 2:43 pm)My sister visited her son in the ICU today. She's had a stroke and its hard for her to communicate. The lady at the front desk was so kind and offered to get someone to escort her for me since I couldn't go in. It was an extremely emotional experience that your staff made better for her. The nurse that took her, checked back to reassure me too. Wish I remembered their names. A simple act of kindness meant so much to us. Thank you.
