Absolutely stunning, hand crafted designs! Beyond impressive!

I purchased a tension set double diamond titanium wedding in November of 2017.
Adam was quick in his responses and the ring shipped fairly quickly and even arrived before the expected date.

Here we are, almost a year later and my fiancee's diamonds needed to be reset. I know this is fairly common with tension set rings so I quickly reached out and got a response from Colleen, Adam's assistant.

She responded quickly and was immediate to request I send the ring back for repairs. I had a horrible experience with shipped and the ring actually got lost in the mail that was priority two day shipping.

Luckily it was found and got to her a week later. She was sympathetic with my situation and sent me photos of the damaged packaging and assured this would be taken care of quickly.

I cannot express my appreciation enough for her attentativeness and kindness. It made all thedifference.

Adam made a replacement wedding band for me several years ago - I love it and always get comments from people about its unique beauty!
