  I drive by StretchLab almost every day, so I decided to stop in and get some information. Since I liked what they did on my introductory stretch,..I gave it a try for a month.. and so glad I did! It has done wonders for my sore back!(and legs,..really…for my whole body)!! Tara is the person responsible for my 5star review (Drake and Alan too)! TARA and STRETCHLAB,…YOU ARE the BEST!!

  StretchLab has done wonders for my stress and mobility. This place and these people are incredible — the best at what they do, and I’ve been to all the other “stretch places” in STL. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of their staff, but my favorite is Tara! She’s somehow gentle and firm at the same time, helping me achieve a deep stretch and feel comfortable. Go ahead and get the starter package and try for yourself!

  I have been coming here since this studio opened. I have worked with several of the staff. All of the staff I’ve worked with are knowledgeable and I leave feeling great. Most recently I’ve been with Tara. Tara does a great job with me and remembers what aches and pains I’ve been dealing with and helps stretch out those areas. I recently had knee replacement surgery and the stretching really helps with the tightness I get in my new knee.

  This experience was amazing. I’d recommend anybody of any age. Tara was my “STRETCHOLOGIST” and who I recommend. Her skill set combined w/her previous masseuse skills made it a really unforgettable experience. Go see for yourself & thank me later

  I started going to Stretch Lab in Town and Country about five months ago. Since I started going to Stretch Lab I have noticed more flexibility, less pain in my muscles and joints, and I can recover from my workout much quicker. Drake @Stretch Lab is the best! It makes you feel very comfortable and is one of the friendliest people I know. If you have a problem spot that week he will come up with the right stretch for that area and you’ll walk out feeling amazing.
