Transmission problem brought me to Lexus of Edison. With an exceptional service my vehicle has been repaired within less than a week. Kelly Fields was my service advisor and she did an amazing job helping me to go from the start to the end of the repair process. She called me to update the service information almost every day. From the moment I purchased my car,the customer service has been consistent. My sales person didn’t stop at sales. She still helps me till this day. The service department always takes care of my needs without hesitation. Nick in service continues to go above and beyond when I have to service my car. The experience over the last 3 years has been above what I could have asked for when I purchased my car.
Update 3/1/22:
I had a follow-up appointment yesterday to complete my service since a part needed to come in. I was able to get all pending repairs done very quickly, including getting some chipped spots on my hood touched up. On the first visit, the wrong paint was provided, but when I came back and said that the touch-up wasn't right, I was told it would be checked in to. The wrong paint had been provided by mistake, so the correct paint was then used at no additional cost and the spots covered as desired and expected. I appreciate Henry's willingness and patience to check and to correct the paint touch up issue. To me, his respect for my concern and attempt to initially handle the touch ups personally was exceptional and then when the wrong paint was provided, he quickly corrected the situation and once again saw the needed work was done correctly and did so personally. #WOW!
This gives me the confidence I need to know that my concerns are taken seriously and acted on. Thanks again Henry for your exceptional service!
Initial appointment on 2/24:
I appreciate the time taken by Henry Fink, my service advisor, who explained what was scheduled to be done, what new things were detected and recommended to be done and what my options were.
I also appreciate the reminders of what my service contract includes and the remaining time I have left in that contract this is really helpful for planning purposes.
I feel respected and treated fairly and I don't hesitate to ask him any questions. He is responsive, kind and clear with his answers.
