Every time I get a trailer from these guys I have the same experience. I am in and out quickly, great waiting room area, best trailers on the road, and excellent conversation with the staff. We have used other rental companies in the past but I always push them to use Xtra because of the service I've come to expect. Yea, you may pay more, but you get what you pay for. And if you want your drivers to be happy, get them into an Xtra trailer. The air assisted sliding tandem helps out tremendously in the winters of the Midwest too!
