This location is great. I never have issues getting an appointment and the staff is great. I feel more welcomed at this location then at the St Peter’s location. I’m so happy this location has opened because it’s way closer to where I live. Keep up great work.
I started donating right when they first opened. Everyone is so kind and professional. I even made a few friends. I get very nervous right before donating and to have these amazing and personable workers help me through it is worth a 5 star rating.
Best BioLife experience! I have donated at 3 different locations in the past. Each of the phlebotomists I’ve had are well trained and efficient. Very friendly staff!
Super clean place to come and the staff is amazing! I actually feel safe donating here because the other people that donate here don't look like they are here just to make enough money to get the next hit. I love coming here. The staff is awesome and the nurses are all super nice especially Michelle and Erica. Thank you for all you do!
I had my first donor experience here recently. There was a bit of an awkward wait at the beginning, but from there things went very smoothly. They explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. The nurse who performed my physical (Steve) was friendly and thorough, and the attendant who handled my time on the machine (Alice, if I recall) was attentive and professional.
I have anxiety, and I thought that would be my biggest hurdle; I was wrong. Everyone there did a great job of providing a safe environment. The thing that caused me problems was not having enough to eat before my visit. About 3/4 of the way through I had a wave of heavy nausea and shakiness. I informed the attendant and she immediately stopped the machine, and before I knew it, Steve was right there with another nurse. They asked pertinent questions and attended to my needs. I especially appreciated that Steve repeatedly took moments to address Alice during this time, reassuring her that she was doing a good job and complimenting her on her needle work.
Everything was handled wonderfully, and despite the interrupted process I still received payment for my time. I'll be back, but I'll make sure to have a good meal beforehand.
