Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles

My four best friends and I stayed there a few weeks ago and had an absolute blast! Excellent customer service from the minute we checked in. Shelly at the front desk (even at a very busy time at check-in) was super friendly and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The rooms were amazing and very clean, spacious with comfortable beds. The whole hotel was easy to get around and we had a great time in the casino. The Globar in the casino had friendly bartenders which also made some great drinks. We found a hidden gem restaurant off the casino (Asia) and then gambled into the morning. Highly recommend the Ameristar and will definitely be back real soon! Thanks again for a great experience

This is one of my favorite casinos. Gambling is pretty much the same when you have the right attitude about it. But, the staff and the general atmosphere can make a big difference on how much you enjoy your time, losing or winning. I give a big thumbs up to the staff. The dealers and pit bosses are like no other. Friendly and courteous. In two visits I witnessed 2 different pit bosses make calls in favor of a player that they really didn’t need to do but were kind to fo it anyway. i thought it was really stand up of them and something i haven’t witnessed before. Also the dealers seem to actually enjoy what they are doing and make sure you’re having fun too. Great place. Highly recommend.

Best place for gaming I have been to yet! Always friendly staff working. They are on top of making sure patrons wear masks. Keep things wiped down and disinfected as well.

Hopefully funds in my account will look more promising and I can come back to play sooner than I had planned on.
