Gen X

It had all the vitamins supplements I needed. I'm not a really big vegetable eater as a matter of fact pretty much corn peas carrots and green beans and potatoes is the stretch of my vegetable adventure in life knowing that I went there and they suggested that I take some vitamin gummies they're called fruit and vegetable vitamin gummies I take two of them every morning I feel a lot better I don't feel guilty because I'm getting all the nutrients that those vegetables would be giving me in those gummies so I just take two of them everyday and so now I'm happy and my doctors happy and so I think Gen x for helping me out. I was really embarrassed going in there at first because you know I'm kind of a big guy and you know I know I need to work out more and they weren't judgmental or anything like that they gave me some suggestions and I've been taking their suggestions and they have been working and so again I really thank them they are great they've helped me out a lot and I'm glad that I stopped in.
