The personnel-- physician assts., nurse practitioners, other staff members, at the TAUCK facility in Oakville were just wonderful. They were caring, thoughtful, and considerate of how you felt. They listened to how I explained my symptoms and went over with me what the recommended treatment would be. I couldn't be more happy with my results. I would return to this facility if ever I needed an urgent care again.

Highly recommend this urgent care facility. I came in for an ear infection and the wait wasn't too long. The PA-Jordan was very knowledgeable on the infection and was able to provide care through ear drainage, ear drops, antibiotics and a steroid shot. Recovery was noticeable the next day. Staff was very friendly too.

Was having very high anxiety, chest pain and couldn’t breathe. They were super fast to get all work done and super caring. Very thorough and several workers came in to check on me often. The dr was very good with answering any questions. They were excellent

These caregivers are the nicest people and friendly. They always go the extra mile and make sure all has been taken into account. I was still there 1 hour past closing time. No one rushed around nor did I feel pushed out quickly. Eric mostly had me distracted laughing to keep mind off of pain. All of them are the best, and very professional at the Telegraph location. I know without a doubt, that they will always take good care of me. Please let them know, they were all appreciated. They deserve the acknowledgement.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I got in quick and was there for a while due to the tests being performed but was checked on multiple times by different people the whole time! Literally could not have had better care! Really felt like the doctor wanted to give the best solution and really cared about my wellness. Have already told many people how great an experience it was!
