(November 12, 2014, 6:21 pm)I came to this school while searching for a school/instructor to begin practicing with. I immediately felt comfortable with the master and the instructors here and after a few visits I signed up.
It was one of the best choices I have ever made. The instructors are patient yet know how to push you just right so as to challenge you but not discourage you. The workouts are great and the school is very focused on improving your mind in addition to your body (something that I found was missing at other schools I visited).
