Dr. D'Addio at the St. Peters location is very nice and great with children. He explains everything really good. His staff is very nice and informative!

Formerly Schaible Family Dentistry, the transition has been generally well done, from my personal experience! Terry and Lisa are exceptional; Dr. D’Addio’s patient (bedside) manner is pleasant and he seems thorough, competent, and genuinely interested in the patient’s best interest.

I visited Forum Dental after my insurance went out of network with the dentist I've been seeing for 6 years. I think that was a blessing in disguise. The staff and Dr. Phillips were extremely professional and kind. I scheduled my follow-up for 6 months.i would recommend Forum to my friends and family.

They were awesome! I had a dental emergency and they were able to see me the very next day. Kind, friendly, made you feel at ease, and have an honest assessment of the work I needed to done. Very accommodating with scheduling too. You could feel compassion and no judgement at all. After some not so great experiences at other dentist, this was what I was hoping for in a dentist.
