Anytime I’ve had an issue with the apartment (if something broke or needed to be fixed for example but doesn’t happen often) they were very quick to respond. Maintenance would either be out same day or the next day. They always do a follow up call to make sure everything is working properly. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in & they have set the bar very high for the next.
