Every time I have had to call Donna Young’s office I have had great customer service. Rick is always a pleasure to talk to and is very informative and helpful. We currently requested reimbursement for towing and we received our check in a very timely manner. We have been with State Farm through Donna for many years and have always had satisfactory service.
I recently totaled my 2008 Hyundai Accent and, luckily, I was a client of Donna Young State Farm. They took exceptional care of me during this fiasco. I was given more money for my car than what I was expecting (based on Kelly Blue Book estimate) which is amazing after you total your only means of transportation. Rick’s customer service skills are unsurpassed and he always made me feel comfortable with the process. I was able to put a great down payment on my 2020 and I plan to insure it only through Donna Young State Farm. A HUGE thank you to this office for making this process easy after a scary event!!
I just signed up with State Farm for several different types of insurance. I specifically worked with the agent Kim Simpson. She was AMAZINGLY helpful, and patient - admittedly I do not know anything about insurance or my best options for what I need.
In addition to my experience, my boyfriend has State Farm as well. He needed a simple declarations page in order to register his car. He was unable to get in contact with his office or his agent in order to have that information emailed to him. When he contacted the corporate office they were less than helpful and kept giving him the run around.
I contacted Kim and she, not even being his agent, got back in touch with me immediately and had someone that could help him contact vim within five minutes of hanging up the phone.
I’ve been with State Farm for only a matter of days. However, my boyfriend has been with State Farm for 20+ years and said he had never come across anyone as helpful, customer service oriented, or effective as Kim Simpson.
