They have been amazing through the entire process of moving and getting everything in order! The ladies in the office are so nice and are great with communication! Highly recommended!

Suson Pines is an absolutely wonderful community to live in. The office staff is super friendly. Stephanie, the angel that helped me with my move in 2 years ago has always been there for me whenever I need assistance with anything. Samantha in the office is always there for me as well. Maintenance is on top of anything that requires attention, no matter how large or small the job. They are extremely responsive as well. Shout out to Marty, Casey, Corey, and David from the always dependable maintenance crew. If you're in the market for a place to call home, do yourself a favor and check out Suson Pines.

I've lived here at Suson Pines almost 3 years now and I love the people who work here. Anytime something breaks (or I think I've broken something) Marty and his team rush to the rescue. I'm incredibly grateful for Marty. He not only fixes things, but shows me how to do the repair (if its something I can do). I don't have parents to ask these questions to, so I'm grateful there is someone to teach me how to do those little things, like changing out the thermostat battery or tricks to get my dishes cleaner. In the past I havent had good experience with maintenance personal, but here they come quickly and fix my issues. He even helped me clean up water when my kitchen flooded! I was grateful for that help because it was late into the evening.

Everyone has different point of views, I personally have been enjoying my time here, I’ve been here almost two years. Had maybe two maintenance request and was responded too/ taken care of the same day. I also feel like the office staff actually does care about tenants which is usually not the case. For example they came out with a new thing called “flex” which helps tenants make payment arrangements for rent if they don’t have it on the 1st, I personally feel like that’s very thoughtful of the office and owners! also the location is very safe and in a good school district
