I love my house when any thing go wrong they have some one to come my landlord super cool if you looking for a home yall better call Joni realty they work very fast and hard to get the job done were I use to say my lease were up at the end of September but I move out on the 28th and I moved in my new crib on the 30th of September that how fast Joni realty get the job done and I won't to thank y'all for all the hard work yall done and everyone that work there are so nice and cool keep up the good work that's why I give y'all 5stars
I am astonished by the lease to own home I have from Joni. I do hope my review helps another person give them a chance as well. We depend on the opinions of others when trying to conduct business with a new company, the review of a company by the name of ******* renewal *** from their current tenants had me running to cancel my application with them.
The lease process for Joni was not difficult or full of unneeded and unnecessary documentation. Upon signing and locking yourself into contract this company will remain open in communications with you as in you wouldn't be paying rent whilst having a broken A/C for a month; they get the job done in a adequate amount of time.
