Ken was great to work with. I am running a high school competition and needed awards right away due to my procrastination. I contacted him and everything was finished in 24 hours, and I only had to go to the store one time because he texted pics of my choices within 30 minutes of my first phone call. I couldn't be happier with this shop. The plaques that he made are beautiful and look like I ordered them way in advance. He did not charge more for the quick turnaround.
