Dr. Liu is awesome. A very caring, kind, and gentle soul that really has a patients best interest in mind. I was a former patient of hers when she was with one of the big local medical groups, but recently started to see her under her new private practice, Olive Branch DPC. This has been a great decision for me so far! Being unrestrained by insurance and large corporate medical requirements, she is able to set aside 30 to 60 minutes of appointment time to make sure all concerns are addressed. No longer do I have to see a MA first to gather vitals, then wait in an empty room 15 to 20 minutes to see the actual doctor for all of about 5 minutes. Not so with Dr. Liu and Olive Branch. Appointment at 5pm? Arrive at 5pm and immediately be seen! No waiting in line to check in, then get called back 10 minutes later, only to sit and wait for the doctor to arrive 20 minutes later. I would recommend Dr. Liu and her new direct primary care clinic to anybody that is underinsured, has chronic health issues that need regular care, or anybody like me that was just tired of the same old passive system of preventative health care.
