“I was promptly checked in, treated with courtesy, promptly taken to triage, and had tests done as necessary. Jan, the nurse that helped me was so kind and took really wonderful care of me. Olga (I think was her name) took me for my Cat scan and was very sweet and thoughtful as well. The doctor thoroughly explained everything and took his time with me. He was not a particularly warm individual, but I'm not looking to make a best friend, I just want proper treatment. I did experience a dirty bathroom in the entry area. There was urine all over the toilet seat, but all in all, I had the best ER experience I've ever had. I must note that it was not busy at all when I arrived. I was the only patient, so I can't attest to the running of the ER when it's hectic and busy. I drove from Rolla to go to St Luke's, and I will choose this hospital again in the future if I have an emergency. I especially appreciate Jan and her thoughtfulness and compassionate care. One of the best nurses I've ever had.”

I opted for removal & restoration with bridges. So far all I have had is a consult. I did schedule to have them removed because I'm in a lot of pain. I found the office to be nice! It was really clean & well organized. Everyone including the Dr was so nice & helpful. I think maybe some of these other reviews went on an off day or maybe weren't kind themselves to the staff?
