Ended up not getting the repair because it was more than I expected, but turns out my car is old and the part was hard to change. Had to pay $45.00 just to get it looked over but they did hand up my rearview mirror. All in all very nice. Only con for me was their entrance/parking was tight.”

“Steve just left and we are back in business! My day started early with the smell of gas throughout the house. After a visit at 7:30am from the gas company we called A-1 Complete to change out the control valve on our furnace unit. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would and Steve was helpful and professional. He had to leave to get the part but returned promptly and installed it with no issues. “I just had my vehicle in for some routine maintenance. As usual the work was done at a fair price and done professionally. I know these folks to be honest and trustworthy, as I have been doing business with Scott back when it was him and his Father Larry! They ALWAYS do a great job, they are fair, and have proved to me repeatedly their honesty and integrity. There are have been several times with my sometimes high mileage cars where they could have lied to me, but did not. In one case they replaced a transmission for me in a car with over 150,000 miles on it, because they made a mistake when filling the transmission fluid. Everyone makes mistakes although with the crew at Scott's that is a very rare occurrence. However in this case they could have lied and just said it was a high mileage car. They did not lie to me, they replaced the transmission. My best guess if someone brings their car here for service and they are dissatisfied, you would be hard pressed to make me believe it was them, it was more than likely you! This is the ONLY place I take my vehicles for repair, and have recommended them to close friends and they love the place too! The best place to take your car for honest, professional repair work and maintenance.”
