UPDATE: 3 months later, and our first service visit (tire rotation and 5,000 mile check) went great. Love the waiting area especially. UPDATE 2: 3 years later and still bring our oil changes here. “This guy is a magician. My 13 year old pickup truck front seat stitching had started to open thanks to 3 large dogs that frequently jump into that seat with claws to get a grip. There were also scratches in the finish where the original dye had been removed, and a small tear in the vinyl seat back. He gave a reasonable estimate over the phone and made an appointment for the following week with an estimate that it would take a day. He finished the repair as good as new. Plus he cleaned and re-dyed the whole front seat making it look brand new. PLUS the leather wrap on the steering wheel had lost much of its original color and was mottled and pretty ugly... so he cleaned and re-dyed that too. So the steering wheel again looked like it did 13 years when it was fresh from the factory. I had no idea this was even possible and he did not add a dime for it. Again, this guy is a magician with leather upholstery repair, and offers a fair price and on time completion.”

“Fast, professional, and affordable repair. The November 2016 hail storm brought lots of pop-up dent repair shops to Liberty and I visited one before finding Liberty Hail and Dent and had an uncomfortable experience. I semi-frantically searched for another shop and was relieved when I got Gene Clark on the phone (previously Clark's Dent Repair). Gene and his crew worked quickly with my insurance and made my van look like new again. I'm so glad I found a locally owned and operated company to give my business to. ”

“In short, this is the place you've been looking for. I have no personal connection to these guys at all so this is completely unbiased but I had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to write a review. My daughter lives in KC and even though I have worked on cars for 20 years, I am located 200 miles away so I am completely unable to help her when she has issues. The dealers have become unaffordable and the national chain places are completely unreliable. After having her car towed to a chain store in desperation a few weeks ago, a $600 bill left us with a car that had multiple new issues and was undrivable and very unsafe (fire risk). Basically, a parent’s worst nightmare. The chain store actually said they didn’t have the expertise to diagnose the issues any further and sent us packing. We found R&L through word of mouth and Rob was a pleasure to deal with. He is both extremely honest and very sharp. He was able to fix all the issues the other place caused and get us back on the road at a very fair price. If you are looking for the one in a thousand shop you can trust and that does top notch work, this is it.”
