They did have to call me to tell me something and could not get ahold of me right away so when I called them back the older gentleman seemed a little upset about it but I brushed it off. I did have my radio and backup camera installed on the same day so that was a plus. It was a little more than what I thought but its ok because I didn't have to wait. But for future reference when you call the customer and they are not reachable and they call you back ASAP please don't get upset with them because you could not reach them please that is very unprofessional.”
